"I booked two rooms which were through Hotiday. I didn’t realise this was an intermediary company. On arriving at the hotel after a four hour drive, the receptionist said there were not two rooms booked under my name, despite me showing her the reservation. She suggested I go away and contact Hotiday. Despite working with this company she said she did not have their contact details. She was incredibly unhelpful and finally, after about ten minutes of back and forth, she realised that the second...

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Guest House Gioema. Die Einrichtung war gepflegt und bestand aus allem, was man benötigt. Es gab Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt als Geschenk. Das italienische (süsse) Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, und der Kaffee wurde einem serviert. Die grosse, ans Zimmer angrenzende Terrasse war besonders schön. Einziger Mangel: Es gab keinen richtigen Pool, nur einen Whirlpool. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"A very nice stay at this hotel. The service was fantastic, everyone was so nice and the food was amazing. Thank you to Roberta in the restaurant, she was so nice! We would love to come back again, the only minus was that the beds was too hard for me so my hope is that they provide extra madrass to on top of the beds or change some of them to softer."
