"Clean room, Helpful Staff"

"We are a family of 6 who travelled to several countries in Europe and stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The tap water in the room was drinkable and they provided water jars so that you could refrigerate it. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and stores as well as the lake. The hotel is near the train station and a shuttle is available if you book in time. We enjoyed our stay."

"Took me a while to find the entrance using google maps, otherwise it’s in a great location. Friendly staff speaks bit of English which was really helpful, nice clean room. There was little to no wifi in the room I was based in, but apart from that it was a good experience. "

"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nach einer schlaflosen...
