"The room was clean and spacious, but showed age. As we lived in the area in the past we know when the hotel was opened and went to the hotel restaurant several times. It has been for more than 20 years and it needs upgrades. The area is the most popular place for people to shop and dine. Very famous Valley Fair Shopping mall with upscale stores is cross the street. Hotel Valencia is located in Santana Row that is another location for shopping and dining.
