"The room was painted garishly, the environment controls display was unusable, the so-called breakfast was microwavable oatmeal and nature valley bars. Absolute crap place to stay. The sole redeeming feature is its proximity to United Arena. The staff were chatty, which is nice if you like that sort of thing, but I just want to get through the process, not stand waiting for you to exchange stories with incoming guests."
