Amazing stay, staff spoiled us. Made bed down for us and Compliment snacks arrived, Bed was extremely comfy

Really helpful staff. somewhere to store our bags pre check in. Quick and easy check in decent room, only negative was the AC was pretty loud, but we didn't really need it. Room was quiet apart from that. would stay again if in the area

Great location for family trip to London. Busy street with apartment located next to 2 busy pubs but good sound proof windows meant noise in evenings was minimal.

The room was filthy, with rubbish from the previous occupant as well as a dirty comb left on the ground, and the shower had no hot water. When I told the Front Desk, he suggested that I try to adjust the temperature – as if I didn’t spend 15 minutes fiddling with it. The windows did absolutely nothing to insulate it from the street noise. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been in.

Everything went smoothly. The electronic fan was really appreciated.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to Liverpool St Station. We’ve stayed a couple of times and would absolutely stay again.
