"I'm a local. Stayed over night for a day at the casino. Room was comfortable and spacious. Casino under renovation but there were plenty of slots to play..but payouts where tight. The racetrack outside is a plus. And the Sugar Factory is always a highlight. Love the drinks. Overall nice excursion."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 42 - great location steps from the subway. The neighborhood was very clean and walkable. We enjoyed some neighborhood restaurants. I always felt safe and it was very clean everywhere in the nearby neighborhoods. Our rooms were also very clean and we enjoyed some cocktails in the evenings in the cellar bar. A lovely week in Williamsburg Brooklyn!"

"Breakfast was good. The jfk shuttle was great. Just keep a good eye out as the hotel name isn’t painted on the bus - it looked like a parking bus so keep an eye out for a smaller sign. The driver was fab - very helpful. Comfortable beds. Good place to stay "

"My room and bathroom was clean like always. I stayed here before for my birthday celebration last year in July and the hotel and staff was Great. The young lady that provides the continental breakfast was very friendly and each morning, greated us with a Good morning and a smile. Thats very rare these days. I came back to this hotel in April just for a get away weekend with my Man and we requested the same room and got it! AGAIN it didnt disappoint. I will be back in July. Won't stay anywhere...
