"A beautiful hotel in the waterfront, about thirty minutes by Metro, outside of Bilbao City. Within ten minutes walk of two Metro stations, it was a wonderful base to explore the city and have the tranquility of water to retreat to. Some nearby bars and shops too made for a very pleasant weekend break for me and my daughter, they're for a big right match in San Mamés. Will definitely go back with my family."

"Lovely hotel.. very friendly staff and perfectly positioned opposite the market and within the old town. Street entrance is strange, as black glass, so no idea what’s behind, but once inside, you are met with a beautifully decorated reception/ breakfast area. Room was modern, with good (and quiet) air conditioning and the usual facilities. Would definitely go back if visited Bilbao again"

"The staff was very welcoming and allowed early check in for my son who was traveling separately from me. Its a great location for old town Bilbao and we even witnessed some Easter processions right outside the hotel. "

"Room on the small side but ideal for me a solo traveller and comfortably appointed but a lack of storage space for clothes if staying for several days. Location of hotel is ok but you have to walk some distance to find a decent bar or restaurant in the local area( the one in the hotel is fine for a light meal or snack)"
