Hotels in West Hollywood

This is a newer hotel built to look like an old house. Clever. The rooms and bathrooms are large, well designed. This is now my absolute first choice in West Hollywood.

The room was spacious and my wife amd I lkved the new technogy in the room (especially the heated toulet seat)!! It was far enough away from Hollywood Blvd that we were able to get good sleep but close enough to all the action that we were just minutes away. Additionally the people at valet parking were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale place to stay at a very affordable rate!

Wonderful hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was beautiful and comfortable. The gardens were very tranquil. We did not want to leave!!

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

What truly makes this Sonder Craftsman special is all about the onsite staff! I have stayed here for close to a month. I liked this hotel too much! I fell in love with the beautifully landscaped courtyard with the pool. Our room had big old world style windows that opened in, open air and overlooked the palms, flowers, cozy seating arrangements and pool. We took our complimentary breakfast to a sweet table under the flower covered veranda every morning of our stay, a relaxing way to begin the day. Clean property. Staff is great. The bed, bedding, & pillows are comfortable which makes for a great night’s sleep. I always love my stay at Sofitel.

Hotel Ziggy is the only place I will stay after this trip. It’s the perfect location! It’s easy to walk to great shopping and dining options, amazing and friendly staff and great drinks and food. There are steady nighttime events scheduled- live music and DJs. The vibe was relaxed, chill, not stuffy which I prefer.

Service was amazing with a prime location. Valet guys were all great- fully worth the money per night. Came back to a spotless room everyday with house keeping going above and beyond. Pool was a lively environment. Would definitely come back!

We had an issue with Check In and they handled it in a magnificent way, can‘t say enough good about this hotel. Fantastic!!!!

Great upscale hotel, great location. The room was well appointed and more room than what 2 people needed, but it's a great suite with plenty of space and a useful kitchenette & balcony. I liked that the bathroom has the toilet/shower separated from the sink so that both can be used with privacy. The restaurant also has good food and service. If you have a higher budget, this is a great choice.

Best I’ve stayed at, bar none!!

The room was lovely, staff very pleasant, and it all had a very exclusive feel. You get the sense that Hollywood deals happen here. Room was large with a comfortable queen bed, the bath a bit small (but powerful water pressure). It had a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, a view of the fabulous homes up on the hills, and fairly quick room service.

Customer service is #1
