"The hotel was very nice and as expected, good breakfast and the food from the restaurant was first class. Travelling as a family a big draw of this accomodation was the pool. This was not the cheapest hotel around I figured this to be because it had a pool. I was a little surprised (albeit not the for the first time I'm Italy) that the pool was extra charge, and not a small amount either. "It was in a good area but the house itself was not clean, too many things in the kitchen. If you are planning to cook there just cancel it because there is go gas or anything. The fridge was too small"
