Exceptional customer service, rarely seen nowadays in Taj hotels. They do the small little things right that make or break customer experience.

The local team at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay comfortable as they can. We stayed there 3 times is a space of 10 days. The local area around is very modern and clean with great western restaurants

The staff was exceptionally friendly, warm hearted and eager to make sure everything about the stay was exceptional.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is close to airport. Our flight was late night so they gave us late checkout without any question.

Facility is basic, so the high price tag is pretty much for the location.

Very clean rooms, the location is great, the staff was very helpful, kind and nice and they serve different breakfast every day (some food is very tasty other could improve but you can enjoy it anyway) We would definitely book this hotel again if we go to Delhi.. Thanks A so much!

A great facility with lots of amenities. Unfortunately, due to prior commitments and a short stay, I wasn't able to use many of the facilities. Next time I am in Delhi, I will definitely consider staying at Suryaa. The restaurant, the staff, and the menu were wonderful.

Staff a are very nice and helpful. But room wall , bed sheets and window curtain are filthy.

This is a fairly new property about seven to eight months in operation. The rooms are sparkling new and the amenities are excellent. The restaurant Tai-Chi Bowl attached to the hotel offers quality food at lunch and dinner in addition to the morning breakfast. I tried their Chinese food and was pretty satisfied with it.
