"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

"Ha sido uno de los sitios mas increíbles en los que he estado, por no decir el que más. El alojamiento es sencillo pero muy bonito. La aldea en la que esta, está en medio de la nada, pero tanto la familia dueña del alojamiento, como sus habitantes, son todos increíbles. Nos dieron una acogida encantadora, además de enseñarnos la cascada que hay a 400 metros caminando (con mucha cuesta) pero que merece muchísimo la pena. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "
