The hotel is excellent and represent a real five star hotel with two observations that could be improved:
- Concierge and valet parking is slow most if the time there is nobody around the door.
- Buffet breakfast is not so good not enough choices and not very fresh.
Outstanding. First quality for everything they use. For starters, an $1800 Jura coffee maker in our room, and I tell you, the best cup of coffee I ever made for myself!
They spared no expense in materials, furniture, linens, chefs, door men.
For location, if you're a souk shopper, this is ground zero! My longtime jeweler and tailor are now just a short 300feet away.
And such a treat with free valet parking in this location too.

The suites are spacious and well appointed. Ensuites for each bedroom plus a half bath! Wonderful for our family. The rooftop pool is contemporary and stylish. Very nice view and the jacuzzi is just lovely! Just be aware - no restaurants on the property
Very professional staff. Very clean. Nice little touches like a complimentary plate of desserts brought to my room randomly and the housekeeping even folded and organized my discarded clothing and wrapped up my electronics cables neatly with Velcro cable wraps. Breakfast and lunch buffets were good, adult beverages were somewhat expensive though.
Check in was smooth and the staff provided us with anything we needed. The hotel is also located close to shopping and leisure activities. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. If your in Bahrain for a short or long trip. Look no further than this hotel. They don't get much better.
We just enjoyed an anniversary weekend getaway at the Four Seasons. I think I would have to say we have not experienced better customer service - from every employee - in a very long time (ever?).
We received a complimentary upgrade, which was very nice - and employees called us by name at meals and around the pool.
The restaurants (we ate at both Re Asian and Cut) are quite lovely - again with exceptional service. Innovative and tasty offerings. We didn't take part in the breakfast buffet...
Everything was top notch. Unfortunately gym and pool were not available yet, but given the hotel has just been open for a week it is understandable. Very accommodating staff!!!
