One of the most beautiful hotels in the world! Thank you for the hospitality,kindness,excellent service,wonderful amenities,cleanliness ! Words can not express my gratitude to all the staff,from doorman,drivers,cleaning staff ,reception,room service ,spa and all wonderful people working in this paradise! This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

The best hotel ever Clean, beautiful n amazing

Clean and great location

Mina Al Salam competes with the world's best in luxury, ameneties, service and facilities. We (wife, and three children 12, 14, 19) stayed in the property for eight days and had an excellent time. Staff is competent and friendly. Highly recommend it.

The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. We would definitely stay there...

Excellent hotel. Second to none

Love this location, 10/10

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

Amazing stay. The only down side is the distance from everything since it is located at the end of the palm.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much and mostly because of the amazing hospitality and kindness of all the staff starting from the reception desk to the concierge ( Mohammed) that helped us with daily tours recommandation. to all the staff in the breakfast dinning room that were so kind and charming. The best hotel we’ve ever been ! First class. Faultless , immaculate , top quality service of the staff. We definitely will want to come back.
