"Beautiful old chateau. Very comfy beds. No one around when we arrived. Had to wander the grounds looking for someone to check us in. We were offered a soft drink when the lady finally arrived. Never met the owners during our two days stay. We presumed they must be on holiday. Previous reviews were not the same as our experience. "

"Great ovetnight stop for a motorcycle trip , supermarket 5 mins away , resturant was really nice , bar on site , only thing i would say is no cvtv in car park but bikes were fine as it is in really nice area "

"Very friendly staff and room very clean. Lovely setting with each room having its own terrace. Dog friendly and there is a great public open space on the other side of the road where dogs can be exercised. Unfortunately we could not use the restaurant because a wedding party was using it. However good restaurants nearby and good room service meant this did not detract too much."

"A good no nonsense place to stay. It has all the necessities you need and a huge amount of choice for breakfast. The gardens around the property are nice and the pool would be a real bonus in the summer. The staff are friendly and the propietor spoke excellent English and was a really helpfull nice chap. I was very glad I found this and would stay again if in the area. I didnt know how to rate the Eco freindlyness as i dont know that, so a mid 3stars. "

"What a lovely place! We were met by Pascal the concierge who was delightful - very patient with my average French-speaking skills, and gave us great tips for the area. The room was more like a mini apartment set over two floors - our kids loved the cosy setup. Everything was spotless with tea, coffee etc provided in the room, and additional Nespresso options available in a communal area nearby (which had space for dining etc if you wanted to make use of the facilities). We only stayed 1 night...
