"The facility was good but the hotel manager kept on denying that the reservation was made through Expedia till the check out. Had to spend lot of time explaining him. He also seem not satisfied by seeing the booking confirmation number and kept on asking for booking id which I couldn’t figure out what was."

"We had booked two rooms for one night. Since we arrived early, I requested early check-in, but was informed it would be chargeable. The hotel was almost empty and the rooms were ready, yet the staff insisted on charging the full early check-in fee. I even requested that we be given just one room initially (and be charged for that), with the option to move into both rooms at the standard check-in time. This request was also declined. As a result, we were required to pay the early check-in charges...
