"Very glad of the room. Very comfortable. Too bad they don't provide water bottles as they did before. The hotel has an eco-program: when you don't need the towels to be changed daily, put a sign on the door in the evening and you get a 5€ voucher the next day. The idea is great but, one recurring problem is that they repeatedly "forget" to deliver the voucher. So, if you stay there for say, three nights, and follow the rule, you get only one voucher. I mention this because it happened several...
