"Stayed one night after arriving into Auckland. The hotel & room were clean & comfortable, and the staff was helpful & friendly. We appreciated the complimentary extra hour for check out. Overall, a good stay!"
"The hotel staff stood out. They were all very kind, from those in the food/bar area to the front desk. Very helpful, as needed, and very friendly and professional. Due to a ventilation problem in our original assigned room, for 1 night, we were luckily moved to another that was open. Front desk staff were responsive and worked hard to ensure that our stay was going to be, ultimately, problem-free."
