"Ac was not working. Jacuzzi was not working. Faucets in the property do not work. Even the soap was watered down, showing it was cheaply maintained. This really takes from a vacation vibe. No housekeeping whatsoever. Dead bugs everywhere. Not sanitary. No housekeeping at all during stay"

The grounds are so beautiful, the staff was so nice (thanks Julianna) and the food was incredible. The room was huge. We unfortunately got the non-updated room next to the pool that was noisy during the day but super quiet at night. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and would highly recommend Costa Pacifica. Thank you all. "
