"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.

"We checked in around 22:00 me and my mother. The check in was quick but better attendance or more customized customer services from gentlemen in the reception would be highly appreciated. They have done the job but unfortunately they looked busy and not interested.
We booked Valero suite for our two nights stay. Which was specious, nicely designed and clean.
Unfortunately the exterior glass wasn’t clean so the view was extremely dusty. Both main ensuite bathroom and the guest toilet can make use...
