Very good area to stay

Immensely enjoyed my stay at Medusa. The property features an eclectic mix of rooms to fit all needs, with lots of room to relax in and fantastic toiletries to pamper yourself with. The service is excellent, with Sean and the staff available to greet you and there to handle any needs you may have. The desk is not staffed 24 hours, but there's a concierge service available via phone if you do need to reach someone after hours. Great location and area. Loved my room but the washer and dryer in the room took a long time.

Loved the vibe and style of this hotel, breakfast was nice and high quality, our only issue was that if our next-door neighbor closed doors or talked you could hear. and since our room view was a company office, their commute in and out of offices at night could interrupt our sleep

From the fast check-in through to check-out, everything was very smooth throughout my stay.

It was fine - except the reason the rooms were on sale was because the spa and pool were being cleaned and so were the windows; they also didn’t have their full array of services available- so they advertised pools and jacuzzi, on site restaurant, room service, etc - but they didn’t have it available (the only room service was breakfast). But get this- they were at full capacity. The one saving grace is that they let me check in about 4 hours early- which was very nice.

This is one of the most remarkable stays we have had. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that was completely outfitted with whatever might be needed to prepare some food (just remember to bring it, the store has few options). The view off the back deck is stunning. Mountains that reminded me of the Smokies in America, but with parrots. We did buy a bag of nuts at the store for a snack on the deck and had to defend them from the bower birds and rosellas. This place is amazing.

Everything was exactly how it was described. Rooms were beautiful and the property was gorgeous. Even a family of Kangaroos lounging outside my balcony thought so.

Had one extra night in the CBD and needed a place to relax after a fun but long and hot vacation - I booked the business suite here and was incredibly impressed! Nice welcome package to the suite (fruits, water, chocolate) and the staff was sure to check in that everything in the room was to my liking. It's an old hotel with a lot of charm located in The Rocks. Easy walk to pubs, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early from cruise ship and only had a 30 minute wait for our room. Plus Diego got us ground floor as they have no elevator. Chris was a wealth of information on local sites.

Cute rooms, great staff! We had everything we needed.
