"Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation."

"It was a good experience. I was nicely surprised. Everything was sparkling clean. The crib was great and had nice kids bedding. Breakfast was well served and there were options for each taste. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend!"

"I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two big thumbs up."
