Beautiful hotel attached to a huge huge mall which is so unique and pleasant. The hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely the best holiday and I have ever stayed at. The service, the staff, the amenities were exceptional. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel and I recommend it as one of the best hotels you can stay at.

Outstanding staff and great property.

Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. It would be helpful if the access routes and elevators were made clearer, indicating which one leads where

I stay only here last 20 years.

The hotel is new , very nice rooms. The area is central but not by the beach or big malls , it's good for business people or if you have family in Kuwait .
