This place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I love the disposable slippers. The breakfasts were amazing : cheeses, breads, freshly made omelette, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, olives, fruits, condiments, pastry treats. And tea! The most outstanding feature is the staff. The owner welcomed us like family. She speaks excellent English and even took us to a vineyard where we enjoyed freshly cut grapes. There were two others who also wonderful. Thank you for the hospitality you shared.

The pool and sauna area was a nice touch, it was relaxing. Reception was friendly, but they did not speak any English. We were able to communicate with no problem. Nice breakfast buffet.

This hotel is quite wonderful: the rooms are stylish and spacious with views of the river and hills; the staff were helpful and kind; the breakfast was delicious; and the hotel is conveniently located near the river, places to eat, and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

The suites are located near Tokat city center in an open area, no tall buildings in the surrounding, thus air flow is perfect in the suites. Suites are spacious and clean, but there are no kitchenette available. Staff are polite and helpful, they accept pets for extra charges for cleaning. Parking is available on site. The business offers in room breakfast, charges are 45 TL for each person, but honestly the breakfast is moderate and could be better. You can also order meals from the hotels'...

This hotel is an important part of experiencing the beauty of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also a big advantage, as it is close to many places and makes getting around very easy. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was incredible!! The staff was wonderful, the room was wonderful, the service was wonderful.. And the Turkish bath, sauna and pool downstairs was amazing!! This hotel surpassed all my expectations!
