As a Gold status member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the highest room upgrade available, and the entire team went above and beyond to make my stay special. A special mention to the Front Desk Manager and the Property Head—two of the kindest and most gracious hospitality professionals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Their personal attention and genuine care made all the difference. The property itself is beautiful, with a charming boutique feel, lovely spaces to relax, and excellent food throughout the stay. Every detail reflected thoughtful hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. "Reception staff Chalaka prepared the room when I arrived at the hotel at least 2 hrs before check-in time and was very helpful throughout my stay. Thank you Chalaka. Clean, well equiped room and bathroom facilities with a comfortable bed. Since the Hotel is on the main road, there are many eating and shopping facilities to use. "

"Had a great stay that definitely met our expectations. Room was beautiful and comfortable with much needed AC. Perfect, relaxing location with a beautiful pool and beach. The hotel has a newer chef who has upgraded the food which we enjoyed so much we didn’t feel the need to schlep into the busy town. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make our way back to Sri Lanka one day. The hotel also provides but they seem to be around especially if one is sensitive. Also special mention to the owner who is super friendly and hands-on enduring that the guests’ needs are being met. Thank you! "

"We had an exceptional stay at Turtle Bay. From start to finish, the service was a consistent **5-star experience**; every staff member went above and beyond, and we were honestly gutted to only be staying for one night. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, including cold cloths and a refreshing drink—exactly what we needed after a long journey. Our room (Green Turtle) was lovely: spacious, featuring twin beds, dressing gowns, and a large bathroom stocked with toiletries. We also had a generous balcony overlooking the pool and beach, which provided the perfect vantage point for sunset views. This was one of the only rooms we stayed in in Sri Lanka that had a full length mirror, an added bonus. The only thing we found was the sheet on the bed wasn't quite enough for us, and we should have asked for a blanket but didn't at the time, otherwise we slept very well and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant offered a fantastic range of dinner options, from fresh seafood and local delicacies to international dishes—all at very reasonable prices. **Note:** While everything is priced in USD, payment is made in LKR. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection including fresh fruit platters, made-to-order omelettes, and toast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
