"Quartos sujos e muito mau configurado. Banheiro não tem box e quando toma banho molha todo o ambiente. Sem falar que a água quente demora e quando foi no meio do banho saiu uma água tão suja que parecia barro. elevador velho não dando segurança. ambiente e pisos todos sujos com acumulo de cera não dando sensação de limpeza. Instalações elétricas péssimas que não oferece segurança nenhuma."

"Staff stand out as being really great, I had an injured foot and they helped me with everything I asked for and were very friendly. Gym is really well equiped. Food is good. Rooms are slightly dated, sheets are ok but not luxury quality, bed is comfortable. Pool area is clean and comfortable. Would have been good to have a staff member at the pool area to buy drinks and order food from, but I eventually found someone to help. Also can only buy very small water bottles which is a waste of...
