We had a standard double room with balcony furnished in alpine-style. It was clean, bright and comfortable. The exceedingly friendly and hard-working hosts provide the real plus in staying here, however, with great service in all regards. The included breakfast was very good, and taking some of the food to make your picnic lunch was encouraged with plastic bags made available. Although not officially part of a hotel review, I can say that dinner at the hotel was excellent.

Shout out to Alexandra who was super helpful to us as first timers in Lenzerheide (and with a language barrier to boot). She shared many details that helped us configure our short time wisely. Thank you again to all at the front desk for making our stay enjoyable - we will be back!! One caveat - the spa facility does not open until 3pm and the pools were closed one evening / hard to get to as the main entrance was closed. There were also several people in swim suits in the spa and towels left...
