I have stayed at the Woodlands Suites (not hotel) many times and keep coming back. The suites are tucked in down Soi 22 behind the Woodlands Hotel and are very quiet. The location is convenient both for access to Naklua and Beach Road. The WiFi works good although only allows one connected device. The staff are friendly and get to know you quickly. The hotel is very well located. Shopping, bars and night life is just around the hotel. Only draw back was there was no sea view and there was a little problem of ants. You had to very careful as to not leave any food outside. The rooms are excellent. Very good size. Service was very good. They had a full menu of alcoholic / non alcoholic welcome drink. We loved it. Across the hotel was a very nice massage place. Walk to the beach was only 5 min. Loved our stay.

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. We have enjoyed both stays. The rooms are large and comfortable with a separate seating area that has a couch, chair, coffee table, and TV. The room was in excellent condition. The only complaints: can't truly watch the TV from the bed, and the bed is too soft. The resort has three pools. I checked in late around 11pm because of my flight. The receptionist is professional the whole time. I felt welcomed the whole time. I am extremely satisfied by the hospitality which was provided by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and nice and I would like to specially thank the receptionist at the check in counter because our check in time was 2 o'clock in the afternoon but even though we arrived early in the morning they provided a room for us. From booking to check out this property was very good!! The host was thoughtful and very helpful, met us at check-in even after a 5 hour delay with our flight and traffic... everything in the house was perfectly suited, and welcoming!! We could go on and on, the pool amazing and clean, safety amazing, amenities on point!! Everything is nearby, beach, stores, daylife, and nightlife to match!! This resort was absolutely wonderful. Quite, peaceful, great sea view. Hot tub was very relaxing. Very limited menu for breakfast for westerners..Your about a 30 min drive from pattaya. If I ever go back, this is where I'll stay. Highly recommended.
