I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well organized, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. If I could suggest one improvement, it would definitely be to replace the mattresses with thicker, higher-quality ones. That would make the sleeping experience even more...

Magnificent in every way. World-class service and customer care. The cleanest an most well-kept hotel I have ever known. Food was superb. The mountain lake views were beyond my expectations. The room balcony view was breathtaking. I am now a Kempinski fan for life. Wish I could have stayed for weeks.

Stayed for 3 nights and after long days of hiking it was so nice to return to the spa facilities (which were spotless!) The breakfasts were top notch too!

Stayed there for 2 nights. The pictures don't do justice - the view and location is far more amazing than the pictures suggest! The rooms were clean and neat, the service was friendly. The wellness area with it's quiet lounge is breathtaking. Highly recommend the hike from the Hotel up to the Polsky Hreben!

A wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It is new, and built to be almost completely carbon - neutral. A stay at the hotel gives you unlimited access to the attached waterpark, including an excellent sauna area with eight different saunas, three cooling areas. (an ice cave, cold pool, and an ice fall) Breakfast and dinner are included, and drinks are very affordable. Clean, comfortable and nicely renovated. The only problem was that the TV did not work.

This hotel is excellent. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves for 3 days. Everything was clean as well. Everything is basically within walking distance. There is always someone at the front desk which is also a plus. We had to leave early before breakfast on our last day, the hotel kindly packed us some fruits, water, and sandwiches for us to take to go. That was kind. 100% would...
