"There was a complimentary transport from the hotel to the airport and we were told that only 7:30 and 10:30 am and ordered a private taxi to realize once we were outside at 9:30 that there was a transport taking guest to the airport . And we were told by the employees that the the front desk from the check in didn’t help us properly with this arrangement ."
"No vip treatment! nothing special, booked a king room got a double, wc was running water all the time and the sink didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was lame. Staff was good and the bed was comfy, but that’s it."
"Good: spacious, comfy room; good location; friendly staff; modern deco
To be improved: for a relatively new hotel, the shower door struggles to close smoothly; no amenities on site; oxygen tank is shared rather than private; breakfast selection is limited with milk left out in room temperature"
"Great: good black-out curtains, provision of oxygen tank when required, friendly and patient staff, convenient gym and mall downstairs
To be improved: breakfast variety and selection, small room, dated shower and room, slow lift and only one available"
