Resorts and Hotels with Spas in China

We enjoyed our visit to the Shangri-la very much. The staff upgraded our two rooms to a family suite which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel was clean and situated in a perfect location. We enjoyed the lounge for happy hour and the breakfast had an endless selection of foods from all over the world.

Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!

Excellent location

Room size very good! Located on an excellent location. One block from the famous walking shopping street. The staffs are excellent. The only thing need to improve is the hair dryer, air comes out way too strong. Definitely gave you a typhoon hairstyle.

Gym has a few threadmills, stairmasters, weights and there is a shopping mall accessible from the hotel lobby. Rooms kept clean especially frombthe cleaning crew of floor 61!🙂

On checking in, we were told that we were booked in the Garden Tower, which was an old structure from 1987 and showed its age, and were encouraged to upgrade to the Valley Tower, that was only a few years old. I was surprised at such a significant disparity in the condition of the two towers, especially at the Shangri-la. Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff and with free admission to a beautiful park/garden with old walls and canal/moat. Nice local restaurants nearby with authentic Chinese cuisine - was able to watch them make the noodles.

Literally in the airport and super soundproof. Spotless. Loved it.

Had a wonderful stay here. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean with soft bedding. Convenient transportation nearby, overall fantastic experience and highly recommended.

I've stayed at many Vienna Hotels, but this one has excellent front desk service and clean, odor-free rooms—truly amazing

Place was beautiful and absolutely amazing the main point of contact Lu Jinyuan was beyond helpful he got us where we wanted to go, arranged the mogao cave tickets got us to there had a driver waiting to pick us up and take us back to the room. So super helpful and extremely patient with English only speakers. Amenities were great he took me for an atv ride through the desert everything was complimentary overall had a great time.
