"I had a wonderful stay at The Leela in Mumbai. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the entire hotel felt clean, fresh, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the room spotless every day. The only slight downside was that the leadership among the breakfast buffet staff could have been more organized. Overall, I still highly recommend the hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."
"Customer service, from check in to check out, was exceptional. We had contacted the hotel to request interconnecting rooms prior to arrival which was arranged. All staff were friendly and professional. Rooms and all communal spaces were spotless. Our car to the airport was already waiting for us as we came down to check out.
