"AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained.
The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry.
Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
"Was very nice having plenty of dining options open late during our stay. The rooms were not very big but that was expected. We spent one night there and enjoyed being around so much around Shinjuku."
"Breakfast at the hotel is very expensive and overrated. Save yourself some time and money. Get a breakfast at 7/11 or any French bakery inside the train station. Rooms are small for a US point of view, but very large for a Japanese point of view. It's sitting next to the trains station, which makes it very easy to visit the entire Tokyo area."
