Cheap Hotels in Laos

You won’t find better hosts than Sakhone and David. Their knowledge of the area, the country, the culture is top notch; and it was a joy to spend time with and learn from them. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well. My room was spacious and comfortable, for a great price. They coordinated airport transfers and tours, also. Very much recommend a stay here, for more than a few days.

We loved our stay here. The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were fun & comfortable w gorgeous views. The restaurant had great food. Rented the ebikes to zoo. arou d town on our own a couple of days & booked a 100 waterfalls tour w them. Only downside (whoch was big) was that the location is 2.5 k from town, so you had to walk, rent bikes.or ride to get to town or other restaurants & activities.

The location is excellent surrounded by eateries a few steps away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was included so the convenience of the dining room opening at 630am allowed me to have plenty of time for activities. A gym and pool made the stay complete. I paid on average 24 USD plus taxes and I have stayed 7 weeks so far and will continue my stay for the durtation of my trip which is another 5 weeks. I will have stayed 88 nights of my 90 day trip to Laos. Laundry service...

Wonderful stay. The breakfast was the highlight for us. Free bicycles available for use to explore the city.

Guesthouse Sipanya was almost like a family stay. They take care of every need in a personal way. Rooms were clean and complete. I highly recommend taking the very reasonable day tours offered by the Guesthouse. Mr. Souk us a warm and intelligent guide who spoke excellent English.

Very friendly eco-lodge style accommodation. The host is easy-going and helpful! I recommend the place, who has possibly the only Japanese toilet seats in Northern Laos … :):) at an affordable price!

We loved staying here so much that we extended our stay for a few extra nights. As budget backpackers, this was perfect. It is very central but not loud at night. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are basic but quite spacious. Breakfast is handy- eggs and bread.

The managers, Alex and his wife, and the staff do an excellent job! They are very helpful with anything you need!! The hotel is very clean. I loved my room, quiet and a very comfortable bed. The area around the hotel is very interesting, lots of restaurants and great street food. There is a good gym close by (3 min walk), which I used. I will return for a longer period in May 2023. I will definitely book the Camellia Hotel for my stay!

Loved the pool on the 2nd floor lots of great sun exposure but they need lounge chairs to relax on while sunbathing or just relaxing. Only have tables with full bench seats, bo place to lay down. Also provide some umbrellas for those who want to sit outside under some shade. This is a really new hotel and I believe they will provide in the near future, a work in progress as a matter of fact they haven't finished installing the lights on the wall next to your bed. Room set up is a little weird but good facilities and reception

The staff did everything possible to make our stay a good one. We had to check our bags in at 5am, no problem. After seeing the Monks almsgiving procession as the receptionist had wisely recommended, we had a good walk about and then we were free to use the pool and sit around until our room was ready later. Lovely pool to use and lie around. It looks and is a hidden oasis. Room was a good size. Nice facilities and the whole hotel was constantly being cleaned and recleaned and thus...
