Awesome hotel experience!

The service and rooms of the hotel are very nice and clean. The buffet is amazing as well as the roof top pool and bar. This hotel has a lot of nice amenities and the view was outstanding from the room we had. The only thing I could say I didn’t like is when I go outside and walk to the mall across the street, as soon as you turn the corner the smell is awful. I also tried the steakhouse and the food was amazing!! Cooked the way I ordered!! I would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay here. It is a great hotel with a fabulous staff. The courtesy pick at the airport was waiting even though our plane was early (yeah, I know karma is going to catch up with me). All the wall switches are electronic, even automatic curtains, I know, but it was fun. Hot shower, plenty of water pressure, air conditioner controlled from the bed, send me in coach. If you are in Cebu or Lapu-Lapu, this is a great place.

This hotel is really beautiful, clean, staff are friendly and most of all safe to walk outside the area.

The service was outstanding. Especially the security. Orlando and his crew were very helpful with directions and transportation. The place was very nice. Except for the coffee. The food was good. The room was great too.

I did not know that this resort was undergoing a soft opening upon our visit. We had searched on Agoda and Orbitz and this place kept popping up. Photos looked good and the rates seemed a good value. We booked 4 days 3 nights here in a standard room. Although Google maps took us off-roading we finally got on track and arrived safely. It's ashame we arrived after dark as you cant truly experience the beauty of the exterior architecture at night. The bell-boys helped us unload our luggage and...

Another excellent stay at the Lex! The restaurant has a good selection of excellent food and the rooms are clean and made up every day. The staff are kind and courteous and second to none! Thank you for making my birthday an memorable experience.

The rooms are spacious. The staffs are really nice even over the phone. The place is clean. Their food was really good. This hotel is good for family or big family gathering, group of friends and also good for couples too.

My family stayed in this hotel a couple of times already. We love that the mall and restaurants are nearby. There is a 7/11 and bakery beside the hotel. The hotel has no fridge and microwave but has a water refilling station in hallway, Cable TV, Free wifi, safety box and hair blower. Great for long stay. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Varied and extensive breakfast buffet, including the BEST. FRENCH. TOAST. EVER. Nice happy hour too. Very helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. Beach was …ok…at high tide. Very secure facility, but it’s a long walk to get anywhere else. But GRAB fare is very quick and reasonable.

Checking into Uncle Tom's Cabin was great. Arfy was very helpful. I'm a female solo traveler and he helped me a lot with directions, any questions and he's very courteous. I felt very welcome to Cebu and I highly recommend this hotel. Customer service was excellent and I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Arfy!

I enjoyed the hotel, the staff was wonderful and the people who arranged out tours were also wonderful. The neighborhood is a little rough and you’re kind of far away from Cebu city if that’s important to you. I liked the stay and would stay again. And the buffets were delicious.
