"The hotel room was spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. Check in and check out were smooth, and I was particularly impressed by the man I found before breakfast who helped me sort out a medical issue. He was kind and thoughtful and a great asset to the hotel."

"Room was on 2nd floor and up some quite steep stairs, however all doable and room was very nice, clean and tidy but getting a little tired in places. However I believe the rooms are all going to be given a makeover in the next couple of months. Staff were all brilliant, very welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the bar both nights and the food was great, very reasonably priced as there was a meal deal each night. Breakfast was outstanding and the lady serving was brilliant. All in all a fantastic stay. Thank you all."
