"Great hotel, good location. Clean room And top notch breakfast. Would have been even better if food had been available on site."

"Staff were friendly enough. Very money orientated. Car park you have to pay for. Shower pressure not very good. No tea or coffee or milk available in the room. Poorly decorated and dirty in the corridor areas. The towels didn’t smell very nice either. Food was good but very expensive. No sides with my mail meal as stated on the menu. The did give me sides eventually as I asked. I won’t be going again. "

"Clean and comfortable room with a view of the park. Had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in as it was the only available socket. Good choice for breakfast. Had to go and ask for tea and coffee at breakfast as the 2 staff on duty were busy tidying up and refilling the breakfast buffet. Sign at restaurant entrance said please wait to be seated - there was no-one around to do this so just went in. "

"The hotel staff were lovely and especially the team in the restaurant who came to my rescue serving my son and I right as the restaurant was closing. Also, really appreciated Stef and her kindness, who was working in the Starbucks in the morning. "

"Lovely hotel but a bit dated. Needs some good cleaning and fixing up. Staff were okay but not as friendly as I would expect and the corridors and common areas weren't the cleanest (mainly dusty)"

"In the main the stay was good but we were very disappointed with the room we were offered. This room faced directly onto the pool which was being used from 7.00 am each morning hence we were woken earlier than planned. The noise of the pumps were also an unwelcome distraction while trying to sleep - disappointing when we thought the rest of the hotel was good."
