"Room was clean enough and location was ideal. It was quite noisy, particularly as our room was facing on to the elevators. When the aircon was on or the neighbours ran water it was very loud and hard to sleep. It’s aging, for example our sofa was falling apart. We stayed for 2 days and that was enough. The hotel we moved into next was also 4 stars, but a much more upmarket experience for a similar price, whilst being central to Rome."

"I stayed at this hotel in 2018 and it was a great experience which I loved, visited the hotel 8 years later and the standards have deteriorated, it’s now operating to maximize on profits, had dinner at the hotel one Friday night and we were served cold food, have you ever tasted cold French fries? now you can imagine the standards. The staff has no control over the management, there was sewage smell in the room which was coming from the toilet which house keeping should have taken care of before the room was rented, there were mosquitoes in the room as well, this will be my last stay at this hotel, bottom line, the hotel has too much business based on pricing, there’s no improvement in the horizon. I’m a hotalier myself and switched trades so I have a pretty good idea where my money goes."

"Thought the Victoria Terme Hotel was a 4 star hotel, it didn’t feel like it! The breakfast offerings were very basic and had no real substance! Staff weren’t really helpful and some of the amenities were not in use! This hotel should be considered a 2 star hotel! I definitely won’t be a returning guest"

"While the hotel may meet the very basic standards expected for accommodation, my overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. The facilities and amenities provided felt extremely limited and lacked the level of comfort and attention one would reasonably expect for the price being charged. What stood out most was the apparent focus on generating additional revenue rather than prioritising genuine customer satisfaction and hospitality. Many aspects of the service felt transactional, with little effort made to ensure guests felt valued, welcomed, or properly looked after during their ( I was charged €2.50 for requesting an extra tea bag and also charged for bottle of water left in the fridge that is normally complementary). Overall, the experience did not reflect good value for money, and there appears to be significant room for improvement in both service quality and guest experience."

"Likes: We were able m the 6th floor and most of our 4 nights the other floors were full of coach parties and most of them were kids. Despite that, the room was quiet. Room was clean and was well kept every day by housekeeping. Mini fridge in the room. Dislikes: Minor, but a lack of electric sockets without having to in plug something else first. Again minor, When you first arrive (in the area around the Hotel) you think OMG look at the graffiti and the rubbish, but we found that it is a very nice friendly area and that most of the Rome suburbs look like this."
