"Spacious room in a great location. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we slept well in our beds. Requesting an extra pillow was no problem. Very service minded and friendly staff. The only downside was the non-functioning pool and the somewhat outdated fitness facilities. A lot of the machines were down due to maintenance issues."

Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt und den Weihnachtsmärkten, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. "This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "
