Very helpful staff. Great views of the beach and ocean. Only negative was the need to leave a piece of ID as opposed to a security deposit in order to borrow beach towels.

La Pagerie is first about the staff whose warm welcome and efficiency set the stage for a truly relaxing vacation. The spacious lounge opens onto a tropical garden, the pathway leading to an inviting swimming pool. Although our room was on the village street side, it was quiet and well furnished with a most comfortable bed and crisp linens. There was a kitchen corner with small fridge that was a definite plus, and for an added fee, dishes and cookware were available when we wished to fix...

Lovely stay, amazing staff. Would like to suggest that the roof bar be kept open as it is a really amazing experience and was only open for the 'Meet and Greet" one evening during our 5 day stay.

I spent two wonderful nights at the Redoute Paradise and I must say you get value for your money. The rooms are neatly clean and the garden atmosphere is breath taken..Patrick and his wife are very friendly people. I would recommend anyone to this place.

Clean room, excellent staff, great view, amazing location.

Nice property perched in the mountains which gives a great view of the town of Trois-Ilets. They have a bit of a roach problem, but nothing that is a deal breaker. Much comfort and lots to enjoy.

Close to village

From the friendly warm welcome and the wonderful room, it was clear this would be a place to remember. The hotel failed to disappoint at every turn! The suites are well appointed, well maintained and the jacuzzi was an excellent touch. The food in the restaurant was spectacular and I look forward the next opportunity to visit.

All I can say is that my stay in this hotel was great. I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff.

I spent 9 days traveling around Martinique staying at 8 different hotels. This was the best overall hotel on the island for bedding, location, beach, bar and hospitality! The food in the main restaurant was great and included live music. The bar makes a killer martini rouge. You have the option of swimming in the infinity pool above or the beach below. The bedding offered the best sleep out of all the hotels I stayed. I spent two nights here and would definitely return for an extended stay....

The comfort of staying at this hotel

I checked in for five nights beginning Feb.26.when the hotel was opened less than two weeks. I loved the modern and creative architecture. Everything was amazing and beautiful and spotless. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace as well as my spacious and comfortable room with a large bathroom and fabulous shower. Everyone was very attentive, welcoming and anxious to please

It's impossible to say how GREAT this property is. The staff is one of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered. They were incredible. The rooms are actually large houses with pools, wonderful design half open and half closed. Fantastic style. Wonderful breakfast. Super facilities. Fantastic location. I travel twice a month at least and can safely say this is one of the top 3 properties I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and book this property. It's great value as well. Thank you thank...

Something for all age groups and most of staff able to speak excellent English for us non French speakers

Lovely historic facility located across from Savane Park and about a city block from the beach. Breakfast was delicious with everything we wanted. There was a slight problem with a power outage for 2-3 hours. It helps to understand/speak a little French, but staff do ok in English, so don’t let that stop you from enjoying this hotel.

Hotel was not far from airport also about 20mins to port for boat to St Lucia also staff helpful in arranging taxi for me nearby are supermarket and pharmacy which was helpful

The hotel was comfortable, clean, centrally located, and the staff were amazing! The restaurant was spectacular! Highly recommended. Car needed. Sincerely, very satisfied American family.
