"Well located on the central walkway and river but at the quieter upper end and near the bus station to Machu Picchu. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Best shower of our trip! Family of 4 with 12 and 17 year olds. "

"The Mountain View was nice…. But I’m sure many other hotels have that view in that area. The stairs to the hotel were brutal. If your young/ back packing ok. The breakfast was below par we didn’t eat it. The rooms Had bugs in it and I wouldn’t brush my teeth with the water since the spout was spitting out dirt. The price shouldn’t reflect the stays quality because there are many other hotels in that area at the same price. No me gusta unfortunately. "

"Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk was not staffed the hours I walked by, but the restaurant staff could handle double duty if needed. They did meet me at the train station and escort me to the hotel. Which we above and beyond. As for the surroundings. There were plenty of restaurants and bars near by, lots of shopping and scenic tours you can do. This was a great hotel, I do recommend! "

"The spa was amazing! I did the water circuit and a 90 minute massage, highly recommend. The property was beautiful and the time were spacious and lovely. Great bathroom and closet. Loved this resort. "
