"Front staff lady was not helpful. Parking signs were up saying you needed to pay on an app and she never offered a parking pass. I only knew because I heard a different front staff offer it to someone else. It cost me $17 extra. There was also a loud barking dog that I heard someone else report to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything. It barked for hours and was in the background of my virtual meeting. The dumpster was picked up at 5am slamming around and woke up several guests, it was discussed at breakfast."

"shower had basically no water first thing in the morning, after running for 10 min, when I asked for a new room all I got was we are booked, i checked out and asked if I was getting refunded for the night we did not stay, still nothing"
