"Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. It’s an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home. Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for."

"We stayed at the Crystal Hotel for a single night in October of 2026. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. It is well situated for walking and exploring St Moritz, and the transfer from the train station makes getting to and from the hotel very easy.
