Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast, and awesome downstairs restaurant/bar. Impeccably clean and very modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one regret: the spa was still under construction and there was no swimming pool open either. I will still recommend it to anyone that want an upscale hotel in Cluj, Romania area.
I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. The staff of the apartnox were excellent . I even thought my husband and I were the only guest at the hotel because the attention they paid us was so phenomenal. Stood there 10 days and had the most pleasant stay thus far . Highly recommend .

I left the key of our house and half and one hour after we left, we receive a call from the recepcionist, that the cleaning laddy found our key and left it in the recepcion for us.

The check in was easy and fast. The room had a lot of amenities, was very clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The spa was very nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive and really good. The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Thank you for everything!

The best stay I’ve had in a long time including travel in Europe and United States. I arrived nearly at midnight with my young son after 24hrs of air travel. The owner waited for us, took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. In the morning she made homemade breakfast for us at 11am when we finally woke up. I cannot day enough about this place. Exceptional in every way and exceedingly preferred to the large, impersonal chain hotels.
