The hotel is located in historical palace which definitely adds a lot to its charm. The hotel lobby, corridors, restaurant and other areas look like a royal palace and it feels like you are living in the museum, but with ability to touch and use the items. The room is very spacious and comfortable and the hotel part is very beautiful and pleasant to walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located quite conveniently within 10-15 mins walk to Coimbra city center.

Beautiful apartment in the historic district of Coimbra. My family of four had the fourth floor apartment which did not have an elevator. Although it initially seemed intimidating, we were able to manage it and the staff assisted us with bringing the luggage upstairs. If you have any physical limitations, make sure you arrange to stay on a lower floor if possible. The area is beautiful, with lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nicely updated. The room was very spacious and comfortable. King bed was very comfortable and bathroom was well equipped. We had breakfast included which was a buffet with a good variety of foods. We stayed for one night off season in mid September and the area was very quiet with lots of places closed for the season. Overall very nice hotel would love to stay again during the summer season.
