It is a great 4 1/2 star hotel that is on the edge of the historic old town. There is a small grocery store just across the street from the hotel and easy walking distance to all the major attractions in historical old town. I really like the hotel and I felt very comfortable there.
The hotel is not centrally located but there are supermarket and restaurant nearby; from hotel I can take buses to most tourist attractions in Vilnius. The hotel room is clean, breakfast buffet is good and staff is very helpful. With the price I paid for the room, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Vilnius.
My room was cleaned every day with clean beddings and towels. Maybe introduce a chef for the late nighters that require food. As we were hungry at around 10:00pm and the lady at the front desk informed us that the kitchen was closed. We didnt want to walk back into the city. Also maybe introduce room service. If you want the luxury of sitting in your room and eating a snack or meal, that would be appreciated.

The hotel was great for our needs. We wanted a quiet place in Old Town. It was perfect. We got one of the 5th floor rooms which was fine. Only one problem, the water pressure was a little weak.
This is a great place to stay ad it is a short drive from the airport or an easy walk to the train and bus stations. We have stayed here several times and it is our place of choice when in Vilnius every time.

The hotel arranged our transfer from the airport. It was 15 euros each way. Our room had complementary water (both still and sparkling), orange juice, coffee, and tea. There was a clear view of the castle and the Old Town from the window. The pull-out bed was already made-up for us, as well as the baby crib which also had sheets and blankets (not always the case). The room was clean but was not aware that the room was supposed to be clean each day. It was not clear. Only on the 4-5th day was there room service request by staff.
The location is unbeatable. The area is walkable to any historical site of your choice. Plenty of cafes and convenience stores are nearby. The apartment is in a well maintained historical building, which is a big pro for architecture enthusiasts like me. If you are a solo traveler with lots of luggage, watch out for stairs, the building doesn’t have the elevator so you will have to drug your luggage over the stairs. This hotel is very convenient to the airport. We walked to the airport in 10 minutes. The hotel is new and very nice. A friend my desk person went out of her way to recommend a restaurant for us, called for us for a reservation and made sure had great directions. We’ll done.
When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring staff who go above and beyond the usual!
