Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast, and awesome downstairs restaurant/bar. Impeccably clean and very modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one regret: the spa was still under construction and there was no swimming pool open either. I will still recommend it to anyone that want an upscale hotel in Cluj, Romania area.
The staff of the apartnox were excellent . I even thought my husband and I were the only guest at the hotel because the attention they paid us was so phenomenal. Stood there 10 days and had the most pleasant stay thus far . Highly recommend .
I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. Very clean, efficient late-evening check in. Great location. Zero interaction with whomever was “not there” at the front desk during open desk hours though.

I left the key of our house and half and one hour after we left, we receive a call from the recepcionist, that the cleaning laddy found our key and left it in the recepcion for us.

The check in was easy and fast. The room had a lot of amenities, was very clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The spa was very nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive and really good. The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Thank you for everything!
