"The food is excellent i enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Only one slight negative point...there was no shaver socket in the bathroom. Lovely location on the river and caught sight of some deer in the grounds early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again."

"Absolute little gem of a property. The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much for them. The cottage was clean and perfect for what we needed. We ate dinner at the pub and the food was delicious with very generous portions. The steak was cooked to perfection and again the staff were delightful. After a good nights rest we were treated to a delicious cooked full English with the best sausages we’ve ever tasted. 100% fantastic and we would certainly love to visit again."

"One of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Stayed here with my son as a stop of point on a ‘road trip’ and what a place!! Hit the driving range and the meal in the restaurant was fantastic!! The staff were very friendly and even willing to have a joke and carry on with my wee son. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!! Would love to try a long weekend and the golf course as it looks to be in great condition!!"
