"Lovely place but very disappointed with the bed. We did request 2 singles as we’re not a couple. It’s was a king sized bed so we thought it will be fine However the mattress well well worn no support. Both off us could not get Comfortable. And the pillows were flat Apart from that great location and lively food and staff"

"Clean and spacious room but shower cubicle rather small. A Tap needed tightening. Mattress lumpy with a loose spring. Good customer service. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast ok. Evening meals well cooked and good menu but portion size a bit small for price. "

"We stayed for 1 night for our anniversary and it was truly at the absolute superlative.The staff were exceptionally welcoming and thoughtfully provided us with complimentary tea and coffee. The atmosphere was incredibly romantic and the grounds are breathtaking.Thank you for making our celebration so memorable! "Lovely place to stay as a base for our holiday. We had the woodland suite with hot tub which all felt very special, the bathroom was especially fancy, and being in the hot tub with all the sparkly lights made such a great end to the day. Shout out to Iwen who served us a delicious breakfast and helped us plan our day with his good local knowledge. "

"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good."
