The room was small but very comfortable. There was a door leading out to a garden, where it was lovely to walk, and nice to let in fresh air. Our room had a kettle, and supplies to make coffee. Breakfast was lavish, including Brie cheese, a first on this trip, and delicious. Moreover, the staff were super helpful. This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding. Great location, amenities and staff

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.

Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.

Superb in all respects ! Room was high quality and modern; meticulously clean; staff were friendly, helpful and well informed; property is in a lovely location; views from room spectacular. Amazing property and a greasy stay!

Good experience

We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette. The room was quite comfortable except that it was too warm the first night. The hotel is conveniently located near the lake and near the historic center. it was a bit of a walk from the train station but we discovered a very convenient tram and Geneva hotels give out transit passes for your stay. Trams can get very crowded. Nearby is a supermarket Migros and a food court. However it was still hard to find a meal from 5 to 7...

I stayed here for work and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation here when my family joined me. The staff was very helpful including with assistance buying online soccer tickets in Zurich. This is an older property but we were very comfortable and enjoyed Le Bistro restaurant. Most importantly the location truly couldn’t be beat! The free 15 tram made getting around so easy. The hotel is an easy walk to Lake Geneva and the old city.

What a fabulous room! It was huge, with completely separate rooms for the toilet and the shower, and fantastically high ceilings, 4 stories up. I felt like a princess in a tower. The lobby was an instant gem, with flowers that imparted a wonderful scent. The clerk was wonderfully helpful in multiple ways.
