"Property is old but decently maintained. When we arrived our bathroom did need cleaning in the shower and had some signs of mold but the staff cleaned it promptly. The property has a pool which was really nice for a chill day. Didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but can say the spritz were great! We had a balcony attached to our room which was great for unwinding with a bottle of wine after a day of exploring. I would stay here again and the bus stop directly outside the...
"Loved this hotel! Fantastic views, great food and amazing staff. Staff was so helpful in assisting us in planning an outing to nearby towns. Booked driver and return boat transfer They also gave many recommendations. Loves our room as well"
"We loved this boutique hotel! Such a great and friendly staff from the front desk, to manager, to dinning and the pool side bartender and the cleaning staff. A great location in Priano with great bus service and walkable to the Path of the Gods trailhead."
"It was disappointing that the shuttle was 5 euros per person per way, but it was very convenient and a huge perk. I wish the Amalfi shuttle went beyond 4:30pm. The front desk staff were immensely helpful. The breakfast views were gorgeous, so were our room views. Very spacious suite with a small room for our baby."
Lowest nightly price found within the past 24 hours based on a 1 night stay for 2 adults. Prices and availability subject to change. Additional terms may apply.
Great property. The only down side is that the gate for entrance and after hours does not lock - its not broken it just doesn't lock. Any one can walk in off the street. This should be secured with an entrance code or key.
Beautiful breakfast area! We will be back!
The Mirmare is a lovely hotel with a unique experience. Firstly, it's in Positano which is gorgeous and has fantastic food. We had called ahead because the town of Positano is a little confusing to get around. The Miramare had a porter flag us down when we got close. The journey to the hotel was amazing as we walked down long flights of steps. We stopped at the front desk while the porter took our luggage ahead. We were greated at the front desk by a very nice young women with a warm smile and...
Beautiful view, centrally located for great dining, shopping, and boat tours. Quiet at night for light sleepers. Great size room for two. Breakfast service was excellent. All around perfect hotel for the area.
When staying in Positano I had a hard time choosing a hotel but I am so happy and satisfied that I chose this hotel. The view from this hotel was amazing. It’s what everyone comes to Positano to see. The staff was great. We felt welcomed. Breakfast was wonderful. We had a Jr Suite and it was the most amazing view with a small balcony and a large balcony. We ordered some pizzas one night, bought a bottle of wine and sat on the balcony to watch the sweetest sunset. This hotel has a pool with...
This hotel was above and beyond... from the second we walked in, the staff ensured we felt like we are on vacation. They assisted us with as many things as possible. We were so grateful for the shuttle service into town and beach. Beyond! Highly recommend. Staff very helpful and friendly. Jenny & Steve S.
Did a ton of research on hotels in Positano for week vacay w/ my GF - trying to keep $ manageable while providing key amenities (good balcony, location, etc.). So happy I went with Savoia.
Location - Perfect, seriously. Quick walk to Main Beach (5-10 mins) but situated on Cristoforo Colombo which has several nice bars/restaurants & amazing views. Also only 5 min. walk to the Sponda SITA bus stop (other stop is at the top of town). Couldn't beat it.
Room - Stayed in a Deluxe Double Room on 3rd...
Me and my friend Katie stayed here for a week in positano in the beginning of April. We're college students that go to ODU in Virginia and booked through Expedia because it included our transportation to and from our flight, our hotel, etc. we LOVED IT. We were completely obsessed with our hotel. Our room had a balcony attatched that had an AMAZING view of positano. It is in a GREAT area I ALWAYS felt so safe which was a main concern as well. The customer service couldn't have been better. I...
The staff here at the front desk are really wonderful. I am terrible with names (both the remembering and the spelling) so I am not sure but I want to say Agnes, Ivanah and another woman. They recommended great places to go, setup a wonderful wine tasting, and just generally were very pleasant to work with throughout.
Our room (the Mediterranean room) was wonderful with a very private balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was blessedly nice. I find a lot of European hotels have terrible...
Really good place between Positano and Praiano!!! Nice area to hang out with a nice swimming pool and our room was perfect with jacuzzi in our bathroom and a balcony with a perfect view of Positano and Praiano.
Staff did any thing to keep you well served and supper attentive to all our needs
We did two weeks all over Italy and ended our journey in Positano - it was fabulous! Positano is very charming and friendly with several beautiful hotels. After much research I decided on Buci de Bacco, I liked its romantic history and it exceeded all our expectations! The staff are ALL amazing, the hotel is right on the beach and the food was spectacular. We arrived exhausted from the hikes through Rome and were thrilled to find a place to relax. However, we were so charmed by Positano we ended...
Loved the view. If you are looking for the best view on the Amalfi coast you will have it here. Staff was amazing. AC was best on the trip for sure of all hotels over 3 weeks in Italy!!!
Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!
Will reccomend the hotel to MANY others, but not the HOT salad!!
This is a hidden gem. We were reluctant to stay here because it had a 3-star rating, but the choices of other hotels went away as the weekend closed in on us (last minute trip), so we decided to stay here. We arrived at the hotel and my first thought was hoping the room views were half as nice as the parking garage view (beautiful water and coastline view). We arrived at the reception floor and were greeted by a really cool cave-like tunnel that lead to the reception area. There we were...
John Steinbeck, after spending time in Positano, wrote, "Positano bites deep. It is a dream place that isn’t quite real when you are there and becomes beckoningly real after you have gone." If the Palazzo Murat Hotel had existed (as a hotel) when Steinbeck wrote those words, I'd say he must have been staying there. I spend about 100 nights/year in hotels. The Palazzo Murat is, without a doubt, one of my favorite places in the world. So, liberally reappropriating Steinbeck's words, I have to...
Staff was GREAT…helped make any reservations for excursions we wanted to do…hotel very clean…breakfast buffet awesome…NO STEPS…and central local bus stop by entrance to hotel…we could leisurely walk downhill to the beach and catch the bus back to our hotel…I have stayed there three times now…just got back from a great trip staying there 8 nights…took my granddaughter (18)…I am 74 and we enjoyed everyday…memories made!!!
I would like to sincerely thank the D’Amalfi Hospitality Team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The room was fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay—I would definitely return and highly recommend D’Amalfi to anyone visiting the area!
Amazing hotel with excellent views of Amalfi town, Marina, and the Mediterranean sea from the room terrace, breakfast terrace, and roof top pool area. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance to the Marina and main square. All staff was very friendly, and willing to assist us. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with a small terrace which included a table and 2 chairs. The breakfast was delicious and served in a comfortable dining area and include an outside terrace. The coffee,...
